Corey,
That usually (content tab) means the Web MSG service (and IMail Admin)
cannot locate that domains directory, so cannot show the files. There are
several things that can affect this, first is the drive/directory you
installed IMail into and the Top Directory as shown for Web MSG service
(easily changed here!). And the structure for each domains directory. There
is KB article that tells more about required structure:
