How is that supposed to work Ron? Here is what I have found. If someone
goes to one of my domains from the net using mydomain.com and it
mydomain.com uses a virtual ip address, they will have to log in using their
full email address. However, once they are there if there is a link for
them to click on taking them from the main page to mydomain.com and they use
that, then they can log in without using their full email address.
How is this supposed to work?

We've got a JavaScript workaround for this in our Killer
templates, so that even non-IP'd virtual domains will display
custom logo's and the users do *not* need to log in with their
full email address. All with just one set of templates on the
server, making your admin job a bit simpler.
