Tim,

It works on the URL entered and the official host name plus any aliases on
the domain in question. So, you must have #1) DNS set up so that
"mail.mydomain.com" or whatever goes to the IMail machine, and #2) have a
host alias on that domain in IMail that matches "mail.mydomain.com". The end
result: user goes to http://mail.mydomain.com (by link or by typing), and
they can log in with just their username, even if your mydomain.com domain
has no IP number.
