I can try to help since everyone else is on vacation, but I am no expert:
1 Did anything change in your environment to make this stop working?
2 Can you send and receive mail looped through your local domain?
3 Have you stopped and restarted all of your services?
5 Do people who are sending you messages get a bounce?
6 Do you have a whacky rule set up that may be deleting mail as it comes
in?
7 Do you have space on your drive to accept new mail?
8 Have you looked at the logs yet? They will really go a long way towards
helping you solve this issue.
9 Have you verified that Internet DNS has an MX pointed towards your mail
server?
