Hi Everyone,
I have one customer that is not able to receive mail from anyone outside of
our mail server. An example of the error message that is being received by
the person that is sending the mail is as follows:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
'Laura Hubbs' on 12/31/00 12:14 PM
The recipient was unavailable to take delivery of the message
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=Black, Gould ?
A;l=BGAPHXNTS1-001229191230Z-1399
MSEXCH:IMS:Black, Gould & Associates:BGAPHX:BGAPHXNTS1 3499
(000B099C) Host unreachable
I have loaded the latest patch for v6.05 and have deleted her email account
and reinstalled it. Any suggestions on a solutions would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.
