Howard,
That Postmaster response is not from IMail, but from a MicroSoft Exchange
server (see this:
MSEXCH:, it is the clue!). I'm guessing that is the Sending server. The
error message says: 'Host unreachable', and that makes me suspect DNS
problems (MX records not pointing to your IMail Server!) or a network
problem that keeps it from 'connecting' to your server. What is the email
address, the sender is using, when he gets this 'bounce' message? With that
we can check DNS and advise you.
