[IMail Forum] A Strange One

Rarely do I have a problem with IMail that isn't readily solved by
eliminating the bozo factor but this has me baffled.  I have a client who
cannot delete messages from her box in the webmessaging interface.  I have
stepped her through the process double-checking all the way to be sure she
has followed instructions, and I believe she has, but messages will not
delete. I can log in with her username and password and delete messages just
fine.  Any ideas?
