Try going to the general tab for  your host in iMail Administrator and select Optimize 
LDAP.  It may fix the problem, sometimes it does anyway...

Hi,

When I do an LDAP request from either Netscape or WS_Ping Pro Pack to
our Imail server, the LDAP server responds with duplicate records.  For
example, John Smith will be listed twice.  Is this a bug with the iMail
LDAP server?
