Good.

That's not an error; that just means everything is working fine.
If you get the "not a gateway" error, and you are sending to someone on your domain,
you need to make sure that IMail recognizes that domain.
If you are getting the "not a gateway" error, and you are trying to send to someone
outside your domains, you need to make sure your IP is listed in the "Relay for
addresses" option in IMail, or you are using SMTP authentication.

What do your IMail logs show when this happens? That error message makes it sound as
though IMail is disconnecting at some point where Outlook isn't expecting it; the logs
should give you an idea of where/why this is happening. It could be a typical
Microsoft non-error or misleading error message (one that should say "Your name or
password was wrong", for instance).

That shouldn't happen, but hopefully the logs will help.

That SHOULD happen, unless you are coming from an IP address that is listed in "Relay
for addresses". That's because Outlook won't use SMTP AUTH (since it isn't listed by
IMail as an option), so you can't authenticate, and aren't coming from an acceptable
IP address.
