Ok- removed all rules, and then these emails with regular attachments came
thru.

However,99.9% of our rules put the email in a SPAM box, in each users folder
and the email did not end up there-- it was deleted.
The 3 rules I do have to delete:
B~200: OK:NUL
S~Referral:NUL
and the third is for vulgarity.
None of these matched at all the emails with the attachments.
However, I put back the rules and will test.
