This results tells me that something about your Rules is the cause of the
'missing email'!

What are you looking at to make that determination? I think what the rule is
doing, is not what you think it should!
Attachments are encoded, so it could be that your Body rule (which includes
at least part of the attachment!) _does_ match something in the encoded
part! I can tell you, I have seen this before! Rather than use NUL, change
these rules so they send to a mailbox. Then you can look there anytime email
is 'missing' and if it shows up there, you know your Rules have trapped
something it should not, and you can 'fix' the rules.
