Darling Doctor Sharlene appears to be spamming from her Bellsouth
ADSL line, probably inviting you to play doctor with her "cat". :))

Notice how cleverly she teased out "me" from meow. A true literary
giant, Shakspearean word play.

A recipient of "<Undisclosed-Recipient:" is suspect. I bet her "cat"
has undisclosed medical conditions you shouldn't touch with a 10-foot
pole, or however long your pole is.
