Does anyone know of a way to restrict the number of times (ie, per hour)
that a user can login? We have several users that have set their systems
to check mail every minute. Needless to say, this doesn't really need to
happen, and places an undue burden on the system. How can we prevent them
from checking to once every five minutes?
