What???
I though it was an unique solution to the 'problem'! If they won't listen
when you tell them, make them come to you for a 'solution' and I think they
will listen, this time! Now, they also know that you 'check' on things (but
don't know all the things you can check!) and take control when there is
something 'unexpected'. Now if this were the boss, I guess I might try a
more subtle approach (send him an email, he is sure to get it, and fast,
too!), at least a couple of times, before using this technique.
OK, sometimes it is good to have power and control, I admit that. And
sometimes I like it, too! Guess it was showing just a bit too much for you!
