A couple other things:
Your MX record for mail.surfmore.net is "63.85.209.10.surfmore.net", which doesn't
have an A record.
Your A records for ns1.surfmore.net are 63.85.209.10 and 63.85.209.13, which are the
same as for ns2.surfmore.net. So, if one of your DNS servers is down or unreachable,
it's very likely that a DNS server wouldn't be able to retrieve your DNS entries.
