That's because your DNS needs fixing. For example, the root servers show your DNS
servers to be ns1.surfmore.net and ns2.surfmore.net, but your DNS records say your DNS
server is ns.surfmore.net. Worse, the ones listed in the root servers don't appear to
be working. You've got some cross-matched IPs and hosts and such.
