Jim,
What error message do the senders get back, when trying to send to you?
A telnet to your IMail server shows:
220 X1 NT-ESMTP Server web.tcmhmrs.org (IMail 6.00 41021-1)
mail from: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
250 ok
rcpt to:jim
250 ok its for <jim>
rcpt to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
250 ok its for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
rcpt to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
550 not local host ipswitch.com, not a gateway
Which looks OK to me. You are not an open relay (quick test) and IMail
recognizes your account and the complete email address. Looks like only the
senders error message may be a clue. Problem seems to be their end, not
yours. Check your IMail logs to see if there ever was a 'mail from: ' line
that has the senders domain. If you don't find that, then they never
connected to your IMail server! If you do, then you have some data that will
tell more about the transaction. Include all lines that have the transaction
number (in parens!) and we can tell you what happened.
