I have tried searching through MSDN many times.  Your article is helpful, but still 
says nothing.  Do 11 TCP/IP connections (from different computers) violate their 
license?  That KB article suggests it would, but doesn't make it very clear -- just 
like their licenses.  Also, that article is designed to explain WHY an error message 
occurs, not explain the details of the licensing.  It's useful, but unfortunately 
doesn't clarify the situation (in my mind at least!).
