There is no technical limit.  In reality, you would notice slowdowns if lots of people 
were checking their mail via the web simultaneously.

Microsoft has a licensing limit of 10 simultaneous connections -- but it is extremely 
unclear what this applies to (some people will say it is just print/file sharing, 
others say just Microsoft Internet services, others say all TCP/IP and similar 
activity, etc.).  It's up to you to determine if the licensing meets your needs.  
Microsoft does not impose a technical limit.
