Jim,
Worked for me! Do you see 2 'Sent' mailboxes when using Web Msg? You should.
Web creates one (or will if you set preferences to keep a copy and send one
to yourself) and OE does, too, but it names it 'Sent Items' which web shows
only as 'Sent'. I see 2, one empty (the Web one) and one that just went up
by one, when I did the test.
