Ted,
What are your list settings?
To be the only one to post, then your full email address (exactly as your
email client uses for the 'return' address), should be in the Owner
(moderator) field and the list (Security) should be a 'moderated' list.
However, I would start out with an unmoderated list, and make sure you can
subscribe and post, then change it.
Sorry, I don't have any htm to share. But others have and the Archive (see
the end of this message) probably has things that will help you.
