[IMail Forum] Blocking IP Groups with Rules?

H~211.22.16:SPAMBOX

Presuming the connected IP is 211.22.16.25 I'm wondering if
the above rule would SPAMBOX the whole Class C? This would
be a useful rule if you have a spammer using select dialups
for example... Has any one here used this method?
