That rule also matches <anything>.211.22.16
As well as 211.22.160.<anything>, 211.22.161.<anything>, etc.

Ya gotta be careful when using contains, it can match more than
what you intended.

You should include the third dot and at least one digit
i.e. H~211\.22\.16\.\d:SPAMBOX
