If I want to do a caching and recursives, could I resonably expect any of
the following to work out?
486-66 (probably laughter here)
Pentium 75
Pentium Pro (I have a variety of these)

or do I need something more Pentium II-ish?

Memory shouldn't be a problem, I can get that pretty easily.

>change ISP

I'm actually attempting to do that now, but running into some minor
roadblocks ( =internal red tape). Hopefully I'll be rid of this albatross
of an ISP within 3 months. Still, this situation has given me the idea that
the best way to get a job done right is to do it yourself. I figure running
my own DNS will give me the ability to affect instantaneous corrections and
additions rather than waiting for an ISP to get around to it. Is my logic
productive, or do you think I am going to put too much wieght on myself for
the benefits?
