These are IP address for their "DIAL-UP" ranges, which I apologise I did
omit to mention that they are dynamically assigned as I thought it was a
given. Basically all of our customers get given a random IP from this range
each time they dial up so specific addresses cannot be added the whole range
needs to be added along with a few servers and my cable modem IP address at
home all other IPs will be refused when trying to relay mail through our
server and our customers are not allowed to use another ISP dialup to send
mail through our service.

This is standard practice if you have a BT internet account and a virgin net
one you can receive email from both accounts on either dialup but in order
to send you have to dial in to the account you want to send through or set
up the outgoing SMTP server setting to be the one that belongs to which ever
one you are connected to at the time.
