[IMail Forum] Suspending pop3 services for one domain

I'm hosting a number of a domains on our Imail server and wonder if there is a way of stopping - and then later starting - pop3 service for one particular domain rather than for the whole server - and doing so without deleting or loosing any of the pending e-mail. One of our customers is severely behind on their billing payments and this would be a way to send them a message and at the same time have their e-mail available once their account is updated.
