http://www.swva.net/citizen/support/webhelp.shtml#server this is what we
tell the customer/subscriber/owner. we're a co-op, we can afford to be
lavish, policy is customer service IS the bottom line. if they ask us to
get up from our desks while answering a support call to look out the window
to see if another business in town is open, we do it. i go to peoples
houses. that makes them willing to pay more and overspec generally. we've
upgraded the boxes to dual 733step6's, and a GB of ram each.
oodles of drive space. this is a waste for imail. i've run imail on a
x86//mmx/450mhtz with a tiny ide drive, os ate more than the server and 200
users. for real!! i was very pleasantly surprised. i can't rave enough. i
feel like a saturn commercial, i'm gonna hurl, be right back.
