Hi Jack,
This is exactly "invisible mail." In my case, I worked out a series of
conditions that could cause "invisible mail", such as a comma in the from,
to, or subject line. For example, perhaps the period "." in "Dell Computer
Corp." is your problem. However, that's only my speculation; other people
suffering "invisible mail" seemed to have other causes. Nor does this
explain why (from an IMail point of view) this occurs, or what to do about
it.
I still have yet to see Ipswitch comment on this issue. I suppose they're
just trying to protect themselves legally, although it seems to me that if
someone were going to sue them, they would have done so already.
