This could be the problem. The time zone is FUBAR (it does not comply to
RFC822). It's quite possible that OE or IMail is choking on it.

This is also a problem, although a common problem. Dell's mail server is
claiming to have a fully qualified domain name of ausoladrcmmn3 (it is
saying "HELO ausoladrcmmn3"), but ausoladrcmmn3 isn't a valid FQDN.
Dell really needs to get their act together and start sending mail properly.
