It's not unreasonable for IMail to refuse to handle malformed mail. In
fact, even if it handles malformed email, that mail may not be deliverable
precisely because it is malformed; that is, there may be no way to deliver
it. Or IMail could try to deliver it and OE could refuse, because OE
doesn't want to see malformed mail either. In fact, MS has been tightening
OE's tolerance for mistakes in mail headers as a security measure.
However, it is important to understand that your problem with invisible mail
may not be malformed ("non-complient") headers. When I was fighting
invisible mail, the message headers *were* complient, and it was IMail that
garbled them. In that case, IMail was definitly the problem. I suggest
directly editing the headers of some messages at the server, and testing for
what might or might not cause non-delivery.
