Hi All,
I just started having some problems with IMail not saving options for a user
and rejecting email with box full messages, it's got me stumped. Here's
some background info:
IMail v6.03
SQL7 server used for this domain's DB
Default Enabled User Options:
Hide from info services
Users can't modify LDAP attributes
Allow Web access
When I go to a users account no options are checked, even after running the
Global User Changes. On the webmaster's account I set the above listed
options plus Host Admin, List Admin, and IMail system admin and click apply,
if I close IMail's administrator and then restart it the options are all
blank on the webmaster account. When trying to log into webmail it won't
allow me to the first time, but does the second time I try, and I've gotten
messages through other accounts that email being sent to the account is
being bounced back with a max message error, even though there is no mail in
the box at the time. Anyone have any clues on what the heck is wrong here?
