This could be a network problem, if you can't connect to mail servers (but

Strike 2; this is probably a problem on your end.

Here, your mail server can't connect because you are trying to send an
E-mail to a domain that is not set up properly (192.168.x.x are private IP
addresses that you can't connect to over the Internet). That's not your fault.
