The Kill List will block the sender during the initial connection. The
order is as follows:
[1] IMail receives an E-mail using SMTPD
[2] Declude scans it
[3] IMail delivers it using SMTP32.EXE
The Kill List works in Step 1, so IMail will prevent the E-mail from even
being delivered.
