[IMail Forum] Off Topic - Bandwith control

Hi there

Excuse me for the off topic question, but....no place better than here to
ask.

I am looking for a cheap and easy to use ( and rock solid too! ) solution to
control and manage bandwith usage, on per host (IP) basis.

I found Packeteer and LightWave solutions, both HW and SW based.

Is there another one ? May be just SW ?

Any help ( and prices ) will be appreciated
