I don't have a solution for the actual managment....I use the capabilities
built into my hardware....but I use lanscan http://www.lanscan.com for
monitoring my bandwith. You can view usae by top talkers, protocols,
trends......easy to use......I wouldn't call it rock solid.....but it is a
good tool. You can also check out Solarwinds.....which has an excellent
bandwith meter, but that won't give you the per host information.
