Declude doesn't have an interface for the end users. We found that it
isn't easy to educate users about all the spam tests out there, and that it
would be too easy for them to make a mistake. The per-user configuration
is designed mainly for the occasional person who does want to receive spam
(although it is flexible enough that a few people have written ASP scripts
to let people change their configuration).

after the virus has been removed?
No, they will not see the E-mail. Declude will quarantine the E-mail with
the virus, so that you can retreieve it later if need be, but the user will
not receive it. Instead, they will (optionally) receive an E-mail letting
them know that they were sent a virus, who it came from, and so forth.
