Sorry Rick, I have to disagree on the point below:

I agree that every software has it's bugs, but they are generally addressed in a timely manner. How many times have I heard Ipswitch tech say they'll call back with more info -- then that's it, you'll never hear from them unless you get really p...d off and flame at supervisors. The only reason we have remained with Imail is because of the value-added products that Declude and HKSI offers.
