The rules.ima that I use (using version 6.x now) is:

B~(name=".*\.vbs"|name=".*\.shs"|name=".*\.scr"):NUL
B~(begin 6.*\.vbs|begin 6.*\.shs|begin 6.*\.scr):NUL
