You can check http://www.samspade.org/ for another tool but there is no
reverse delegation that I can find.

User the IP whois -
Qwest Communications has the block - 65.112.0.0 - 65.121.255.255
Then ESI has been subdelegated 65.112.155.0 - 65.112.155.255

So you have to get either Qwest or ESI (probably Qwest) to set up your
reverse delegation. You can't set it up yourself unless you control the
block.

Otherwise when you lookup the reverse you get:
'The host or domain "254.155.112.65.in-addr.arpa." does not exist'

PTR MISSING! 65.112.155.254 has no reverse DNS entry; some mail
servers
may not accept your mail.

Got this from http://www.declude.com/tools/ip4rtest.htm, the problem I'm
having is that it does have a reverse lookup in DNS?

Bill
