It's amazing how many people are positive that they have a reverse DNS 
entry, when in fact they don't.  You can go to http://www.dnsreport.com and 
use the "Reverse DNS Tester" to verify this.

Most likely, you've set up your DNS servers to handle the reverse DNS, but 
unless other DNS servers have a way of finding yours, the entries on your 
DNS server won't be used.
