Thanks for the find! As for finding a real ISP, they don't really exist!
I've never talked with anyone that was completely happy with theirs. Even
At&T just unexpectedly brought all of their broadband customers down for a
week! 

Thanks again. I'll have to keep that DNS lookup site on file for future
reference.

You should find a real ISP.  Go to http://www.dnsreport.com and enter 
"EyesOnDenver.com" in the "DNS Lookup" section, choose "MX" for the record 
type, and you'll see that your ISP has no clue.  Your MX record points to a 
uswest.net mailserver.
