>From my original post. Go back to my number 2 thing to do. 2. When you get error message, move the error window to see what file the upgrade crapped out on. Whatever file name appears is what the upgrade doesn't like. If it is not the odbcuser.dll, then let us and IpSwitch Tech support (no flames about IpSwitch support please) know so they or we can get this figured out.
