Good to hear on that.....

Not happening here Eric.....We stopped everything (even things outside of
Imail) to install the software....The dadgum thing still gives errors.....It
seems that the problem is File ID and I will look forward to that fix....I
know there are folks who do not know better and just install stuff but we
are not one of those (even though I am a hillbilly and live in the
Appalachians <G>)......

Already did a scheduled down that did not work (and then told folks there
would be a second interruption while we tested).....Next one needs to work
bubby....I already have a problem with these last two patches that I have to
upgrade every Domain for their templates since you do not include them (and
I have over 150 domains that use their own Web Folders and IPs)...So when I
did the last upgrade I had to copy the new Web Shit to each damn domain (and
that took over an hour)...And now you changed things so I D/L'd new
templates and have to do the same thing AFTER the upgrade works :-)....Sorry
to be a PITA but when you put a fix out it SHOULD upgrade all registered
domains for Web so that folks who use your stuff do not have to spend a
lengthy time moving stuff to each domain....I realize there are folks who
use other templates BUT we (and many others) use the ones you provide.....So
just update them with the patches :-)

> Sorry for the trouble this has caused!

It is part of upgrading and fixing problems so it is not a problem unless
things get worse :-)
