very hard to say. I have an IMGate user with about that many distinct
recipients/day, both for IMGate and IMGateAV, with Imail as the mailbox
server. About 300K msgs/day.

afaik, I don't think he spends full time on it, but he must keep an eye on
it constantly. Any screw ups in mail flow hit the fan in a big way in a
hurry, the mail system is always one breath away from becoming his topmost
urgency.

I am sure he will say the insurance and protection from IMGate and IMGateAV
makes his job much easier, IMail faster, and total mail system more
manageable. His IMGate blocks about 50K msgs/day.

He also makes money charging for AV scanning. :))
