I just ran into a MAJOR issue. I have about 115 domains on my server, its a IBM Netfinity 7000 with 4 processors, 1.5gig of ram. THe issue that came up was that we have a support mail box that has a lot of traffic daily, the mail is left on the server by all users because its checked by about 10 people. Suddenly this afternoon the mailbox had about 4000 messages in there, It purged itself to a random user on another domain not even related to the domain that hosts the support mailbox. What would cause this. I see nothing in the SMTP log, the POP log, or the Web Log that would denote any mail move from our support box to the random user's mailbox. What caused this?
