Thanks

I'm trying to get an overview of the skills it takes to setup and maintain
hardware and be an email administrator. If you had to approximate where the
errors are coming from that are posted on the IMAIL forum what would it look
like?

Something like this:

xx% IMAIL not correctly configured
xx% IMAIL working fine, typical errors and administration to blame
xx% IMAIL version patches not installed
xx% Mail corrupted before it reaches IMAIL
xx% Hardware not configured properly or incompatible with IMAIL
