[IMail Forum] Unable to see list

When sending a subscribe or list command to our Imail server it comes back with list unknown error. We are still able to posts to these lists but not able to subscribe or get a user list. I have made sure that I am using the correct syntax and commands. Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong.   Thank You
