[IMail Forum] adduser.exe question

Hello all.  Building a CF app to handle full administration of IMail 7.

I've hit an issue in adduser.exe....

In adddomain.exe we can specify three parameters -

                maxsizekilobytes, maxmessages, maxusers

However, maxsizekilobytes and maxmessages are in regard
to the total disk space and email messages for ALL of the
User Accounts combined, and make no provision for individual users.

adduser.exe does not seem to provide for this, even though the GUI interface does. 

Is there a way to set this from the command line?

I have been able to change this in the registry under "MaxMsgs" and "MaxSize".
Does this take effect automatically or do I have to restart anything?
