Ironically enough, I couldn't get NetSol to release my domain for transfer
until I purchased another year (even though I had 2 months left on my
original payment). So I purchased another year on each of my domains, then
transferred them.

My attorney told me that the internet is so unregulated that neither US nor
international law really applies (or has any teath) and that pursuing legal
action would be expensive and futile. That thing about the internet being
so much better because it has no regulation is really a protection for scam
artists like NetSol. I think us "little people" need some protection from
the "internet people".

Stay away from NetSol!!!!!

I have had horrible luck getting Network Solutions to release domain
names I own to another register. After spending hours last time
trying to get it released, I just renewed through NetSol ... the
savings were not worth the amount of time I spent on the phone trying
to get the release.

<sigh>
