As a relatively new, but very satisfied customer of Declude, I find this to be very inappropriate. You should always try contacting the company before flaming them on a list, and since their Contact Us link is very prominent and there is a link on, I believe, every page of their site, I cannot see that you have done this yet. Not to mention that I have not emailed them without receiving a response within 2 hours. I purchased Declude and had it installed all in under an hour! That is service.
